1 piece of butter (about 30g)
2 cloves of black garlic
Method of preparation:
Cut the croissant in half horizontally, so that you get two equal pieces.
Spread a piece of butter on each croissant half.
Put the cloves of black garlic on one of the croissant slices
Cover the croissant with the other half and press lightly.
