Chardonnay - Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Abstract, Trantu Winery, 2017, dry white, 14%, 0.75l

A classic blend between two of the best appreciated international varieties, from which totally different wines are obtained. These differences make the blend of the two "grains" a unique aromatic and gustatory complex, in which the unctuousness of the chardonnay predominates.

Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand, in boxes, and sorted, removing unhealthy grapes, unripe and vegetable impurities before peeling and pressing. After fermentation, it was barricaded for 18 months until the moment of blending, in a mix of French oak barrels, which is completed and balanced by the acidity, the unique freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks.

Serve: 8-12 ° C; A complex wine that goes perfectly with sophisticated dishes, but also with grilled fish, white meat dishes and pasta with aromatic herbs.
